” Another gem of a sticky from “The Lillypilly estate” in the heart of the botrytis wine region of the Riverina, high up on the Sturt highway in New South Wales between Sydney and Adelaide. But don’t mix this wine up with a great deal of the wines from this area, it has quality and integrity written all over it. This wines combines four grapes, Gewurztraminer, Semillon, Sauvignon and Riesling.
“Noble rot, blend of Semillon, Gewurtz, pineapple with orange blossom. Perfect sticky with a steamed ginger pudding or something similar.“
