Mr Whirly says:
” Another gem of a wine from Greg Graziano, combining 4 white Italian grapes, some Burgundy oak for 5 months and a load of love! Despite the age this wine carries on drinking oh so well. This is due to the cool climate sites of grapes, high up in the Ukiah hills predominantly. The wine combines Ribolla Gialla, Moscato Gialla and Vermentino. So grapes from North east Italy, Fruili to be exact and from Sardinia. Some really exciting grapes here!”
Greg Graziano, the wine maker says
” The wine was fermented and ” sur lie” for 5 months in French Burgundy oak. Aromas and flavours of ripe melons, peaches and freesia flowers make this the perfect aperitif wine.”
