Mr Whirly says:
” Ready to go now in 2020, having hung onto this wine for about five years in my cellar. Offers great quality Bordeaux from one on my favourite little towns in the Medoc.”
Reviews:
“This wine aromatic complexity is enhanced by fine, round, melted tannins. Blueberry and blackcurrant notes are revealed and followed by a hint of blackberry, typical of the best vintages. The 2007 Chateau Meyney offers good density on the whole. This excellent vintage has a great ageing potential. “

Wine Advocate-Parker :
Tasted blind at Farr Vintners 2007 Bordeaux tasting. There is something anonymous about the nose of the 2007 Meyney–nothing faulty but just missing something to say. The palate is medium-bodied with dry tannin, moderate depth, plenty of tobacco and pencil lead notes, with a straightforward, weighty finish that goes a long way in compensating for the lack of aromatics. Tasted March 2015.
