” A monster of a wine. Tasted this last night in East Sussex and I opened the brute up 8 hours before tasting. Good Job too. Sorry I do this wine a dis-service. It’s incredibly suave and sophisticated but it needs to be given the attention it deserves. It’s velvety soft and smooth. Alluring deep cherry, tobacco, with hints of expresso and chocolate on the nose as well as a littel spice. What a wine. Give it time. Sip this one, slowly.
