” The 2010 Margaret river red blend benefits from the predominant Cabernet Sauvignon characters. Merlot adds a soft mouth filling texture and a long finish. The addition of Shiraz makes this more than a Cab- Merlot. It adds more dark fruit flavours and spicy nuances.”
