Description
This wine has some energy for a nine year old Riesling. The secret is the quality of the grapes and the winemaking and the ultra cool climate of Southern Tasmania, which is oh so perfect to allow this grape to develop in the bottle & get better each year. It has the classic petrol nose but its not overpowering and with a citrus punch at the beginning when you taste it. The length is superb and its a wonderful example of Australian Riesling that has aged oh so well over the years.
