Made from a very unusual French clone this wine is very unique in its makeup, tasting more like a dry cider than a dry wine. But its quality cant be disputed, it won a gold medal in the Sommelier wines awards in 2015. This wine is a food wine, but with the right food a real delight. Try with some pork and sage or a risotto of courgette and fresh herbs.”
